Help for Business Card Reorders
Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: You can pay for your business cards by check or credit card. We accept the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard and Visa.
Q: How do I logout?
A: You may logout at any time by clicking the logout button in the right hand corner of the page. If you wish, you may logout now.
Q: How is my credit card information protected?
A: Your payment information is encrypted by a VeriSign Certificate. In addition, your credit card information will not be stored in our database.
Q: How many times can I order business cards?
A: You can order business cards as often as you need. Each time you need another set of cards, simply login to the system, choose "Purchase Additional Business Cards" and enter your information.
Q: Can I order business cards for more than one person at my dealership?
A: Yes. To do this you must login as a Delaership (you will need your Dealership's BAC) For each person that you want to add to the order, simply choose their name from the list on the main menu and enter the business card information and quantity needed.
Q: I sell more than one line of cars. Can I order cards with different divisional logos?
A: Yes. Each set of business cards will show only one logo, but you can get multiple sets of business cards in your order. For example, you could order a set of cards that displays a Cadillac logo and a set that displays a Chevrolet logo.
Q: How do I know what I have ordered?
A: The main menu of your order will list the business cards that you have chosen and the quantity for each business card. It will also display the total price of your order.
Your confirmation will also display each business card that you have ordered and your total price. You can print out the confirmation page for your records.
