Q: Can I have my awards package shipped to my house?

A: The GM Mark of Excellence awards program only allows the shipping of your awards to the dealership location that appears on your confirmation page.

Q: How do I logout?

A: You may logout at any time by clicking the logout button in the right hand corner of the page. If you wish, you may logout now.

Q: How can I order additional business cards?

A. You can order additional sets of business cards at any time by selecting the "Purchase Business Cards" page after you login. You can purchase your business cards via credit card or check.

Q: Since qualifying for the Mark of Excellence Program, I have changed dealerships. Can I change my location on the business card?

A: The Mark of Excellence Program rules state that in order for eligibility, program qualifiers must be employed at the enrolled dealership at the time of the award distribution, or they forfeit all earned awards.

Q: What if my title is not in the drop down list?

A: Only the GM-approved titles in the drop down list can be printed on your business card. If your specific title is not in the drop down list, an option is to choose "none" in the list and no title will be printed on your card.

Q: My ring size is not in the list. What do I do?

A: If your ring size falls between two sizes, select the next largest size. If your ring size is larger or smaller than the sizes provided, please call a customer support representative at 1-877-292-7380.

Q: Can I change my award delivery date?

A: Due to the large volume of award qualifiers, the "Mark of Excellence Program" has established production and shipping timelines. Your delivery date is based upon the time of your order and cannot be changed.

Q: Can I substitute any of my awards for other items?

A: The GM "Mark of Excellence Program" does not allow substitutions of any kind.

Q: The system will not allow me to log in, what do I do?

A: In order to log in to the awards website, your password must be entered exactly as per the instructions that were mailed to you earlier. If you still encounter difficulties, please call Customer Support at 1-877-292-7380.

Q: I did not receive my original award ordering instructions, what do I do?

A: Only GM "Mark of Excellence Program" winners have access to order their traditional awards package on this website. If you feel strongly that you are a winner and did not receive your instruction package, please call Program Headquarters at 1-800-368-1638, option 5, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. CST.

Q: Will my name be the same on my cards as on my plaque and ring?

A: Yes, the name you enter into the website will appear exactly the same on all awards.

Q: Can I redeem my PerQ's through this web site?

A: This site pertains only to your traditional awards. Please contact 1-888-593-2574 for inquiries about ordering your PerQ awards.

Q: When can I expect to receive my awards?

A: Your anticipated ship date is included on the confirmation screen of the website.

Q: What if I didn't receive a box to send my ring back for diamond update(s)?

A: If you are a "repeat" (ring level) qualifier and did not receive a box to ship your existing ring back for the ring to be updated, please contact Award Headquarters at 1-877-292-7380.

Q: How can I be sure that my current ring arrived safely at Award Headquarters?

A: This year, you will be able to track your ring return shipment via the FedEx link on our website. Simply click on the link and enter your own personal FedEx tracking number to confirm receipt of ring.
